Elton John (Dinner & Concert)

We were invited by Marina Bay Sands to attend Elton John's dinner and concert at Marina Bay Sands, Roselle Ballroom.

There were only four dishes and it's not even up to the standard except the dessert. The abalone was the size of my dog's paw, quite pathetic.....

Having a love-hate relationship with the monsoon season now. If only my nose was not sensitive to cold weather. Now the flu is back.

And I went to the gym with Xinwei and her classmate Mindy yesterday. It was a good gym session because my body is aching already. Did pull ups, weights, biceps and triceps but didn't run because I had cramp. Feels good to be back in the gym after 2 months! Got to hit the gym more often to improve my pull ups, omg it's so bad now...

Going to town for shopping with my mum later!

Tsai Chin Dinner & Concert

We were invited by Marina Bay Sands Paiza to Tsai Chin's 蔡琴 dinner and concert at the Sands Grand Ballroom :) I love Tsai Chin, she's awesome but no one replace Teresa Teng in my heart. I can't really compare because they are unique in their own way :)

Anyway,

Before dinner, few big shots of Marina Bay Sands addressed the guests and welcomed Tsai Chin. Dinner was served before the concert. It was a long wait and most of the paiza guests wanted to go to the casino but no one left the ballroom, this shows how popular Tsai Chin is. I went with my mum and aunts.

I didn't eat the double boiled shark's fin broth because I'm against shark finning and I don't understand why do people eat shark's fin when it's tasteless? You might as well just drink the soup -.-

I love baked cod fish with teriyaki sauce. Teriyaki sauce goes well with almost everything :)

Tsai Chin 蔡琴 is a pop and folk singer from Taiwan :)

Some people laugh at me when I say I love chinese oldies but honestly, look, the lyrics are so meaningful. It's a sad thing the younger generation doesn't know how to appreciate good chinese oldies. Music these days are just ridiculous.

Marina Bay Sands: Pizzeria Mozza

A very happy me in my casual attire to Celebrity Chef Restaurant, Pizzeria Mozza at Marina Bay Sands for dinner! Here's a photo diary :)

I am not a fan of pizza but I really love going to Mozza because there's just something special about their pizzas and their desserts and..... just almost everything on the menu :)
